Probably the biggest and most fun event of the year!
PLENTY OF ACTIVITIES - OR JUST EAT & RELAX
THE PROGRAM OF THE DAY:
11 AM Arrival and grilling starts - lunch throughout the day! Kids’ creativity corner opens - we'll have fun with sidewalk chalk, create finger puppets, make our own board game, work in small teams, and connect through creativity!
11:30 AM Food tasting contest - do you make the very best potato salad, sauerkraut, or homemade bread in the Bay Area? Put it to the test in the food tasting contest, and win a prize and bragging rights! (Entries must arrive by 11:30 to participate - please package a separate portion for the contest from your contribution to the potluck table.)
1 PM After lunch and the raffle, everyone is invited to join in and learn some easy Baltic folk dances.
2 PM Due to popular demand - tug-of-war will be again this year! Come enjoy casual match-ups in soccer, volleyball, too - or just the company of friends and family.
GOOD FOOD
We provide the roast pig, sausages, and beer, you bring sides to share (think potato salad, sauerkraut, bread, other salads, fruit, and dessert), and anything else for the grill. Please note the park allows beer and wine, but no hard alcohol.
TICKETS
$10/ea., ages 16 and under free. We strongly encourage you to buy your tickets in advance.

LOCATION - the same place as last year,
Coyote Point Regional Park in San Mateo, sites 7&8. To take advantage of bay views on the water and the park's many amenities, including walking trails, an updated castle playground, and opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and kite-flying.
