Join us for a 2.5-hour immersion into yoga and Ayurveda as we explore the powerful and scientifically tested methods to naturally balance your hormones. It will offer participants practical tools to support hormonal balance and foster overall well-being.

Understanding Hormones:
• Explore the basics of hormonal health and their influence on your well-being.
• Gain insights into common imbalances and their impact on physical and mental
health.
• Delve into the connection between stress, emotions, and hormonal balance.
Yoga and Ayurveda for Hormonal Balance:
• Experience and learn two separate yoga sequences designed to stimulate and
soothe the endocrine system.
• Explore asanas (poses) based in Iyengar and Kundalini traditions, pranayama
practices (breath work), Tibetan yoga techniques and meditation.
• Learn how to integrate Ayurvedic practices and yoga into your daily routine for
sustained hormonal health.
• Learn about nourishing foods, herbs, and lifestyle practices to support hormonal
equilibrium.
For this workshop you will need:
Online participants should have a yoga mat, one long (10 foot) or two shorter yoga straps, at least two firm blankets, a yoga block, and space at a wall. This workshop will be conducted in-studio and online via Zoom. If you are not able to attend a live workshop, video recording will be available for 14 days after the event.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
